What are your shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on orders from USA & Canada, no minimum order amount required. For international orders, we offer FREE shipping on all orders over just US$ 49. All orders under US$ 49 will be charged just US$3.99 as international shipping cost.

Do you ship to military address APO/FPO’s?

Yes! Please choose USA as your country and in the State drop down box, choose your appropriate box type. (ie: APO, AE, FPO, AP, etc).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please contact us directly at support@mitsoku.com, additional shipping costs will apply.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Mitsoku accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal. Sorry we do not accept checks/money orders!

Will my information be kept private?

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Mitsoku has a 30 day NO HASSLE return policy. Mitsoku accepts returns on all products for ANY reason within 30 days of the purchase date. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Please directly visit our return policy & refund policy.
